Do you find that you’ve put your goals and dreams on hold?

What’s happening in this stage of your life?

Creating your life at each stage can seem out of reach.

The prospect of figuring next steps can seem like just too much as you keep up with day-to-day responsibilities. But taking steps is possible—and can be transformative if we attune to them in a new way.

STAGES coaching lets you move forward with YOU in the driver’s seat.

Your latent self is ready to emerge. Enrich your life.

Many women feel their options have become more limited--and that can feel daunting. Women often face the demands of juggling multiple roles at home and in the workplace. Perhaps you are ready to step back into the work force or step away. Maybe you want to allow yourself to take your creative passions out into the world. What supports and strategies will you need in whatever avenue you choose?

The neurodivergent community may find increased understanding and general awareness in some settings, but many people still struggle to have access to accommodations necessary to be fully successful. Maybe you need tools for better executive functioning to effectively plan and organize your life and accomplish what you set out to do. Unrecognized talents, strengths, and skills can emerge in the coaching process. Your learning style, certain medical conditions/health issues may give you specific challenges too.. Coaching lets you address those with positivity in whatever way works best for you.

Everyone’s life has been impacted by the pandemic. Now, as we reemerge into a changed world, many people find life has a different meaning and that can feel overwhelming to address. Perhaps for you, this was also period of germination and you are excited to explore new avenues and set new goals. Either way, STAGES coaching offers a safe place with the focus, structure, and support to propel your life forward.

The queer community finds itself under fire. Goals achieved in the past have become goals endangered. Individuals find that the current climate causes a great deal of stress and anger. Turning to others, whether family, chosen family, or advocates can make a difference. Engaging in the coaching process can also help. You can create plans and strategies to address safety and self-care issues as you move your life forward.
